The Legacy Membership Contribution™ (LMC) allows members to ensure their annual support for the synagogue continues beyond their lifetime. By establishing an LMC, you create an endowment fund that sustains Beth Tzedec in perpetuity, securing its role as a vibrant center of Jewish life for future generations.

How It Works

The required donation to establish an LMC is calculated by multiplying your annual membership contribution by twenty-five. For example, a $1,000 annual membership requires a $25,000 endowment gift. This formula ensures that your support continues indefinitely, providing Beth Tzedec with the resources needed to sustain its mission.

Alternatively, you may choose to endow a portion of your Annual Membership Contribution by establishing a Legacy Gift at a lower amount and building upon it through subsequent contributions. This flexible approach allows donors to make a meaningful impact at a level that aligns with their financial circumstances.
