Shabbat Morning Fun offers a mix of play and age-appropriate learning, finishing with blessings and snacks. Children three and under require adult accompaniment, those ages four and up can be dropped off.
The Little Minyan offers a traditional service with more active involvements from the congregation. A full sermon (derashah), or a shorter commentary / discourse (dvar torah) are given, often by participants. Each month we offer special services for you to experience different flavours of Shabbat. Our Shabbat From The Floor features Cantor Sidney Ezer, Yacov Fruchter and Aviva Chernick joining together in song. Our monthly Short & Sweet Multi-Generational Family Service including our guest UJA Shinshinim (teen ambassadors from Israel) offers a lively, engaging prayer service incorporating the participation of the children, teens and families in attendance, followed by a community dairy luncheon.
