The anti-Racism, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) Committee is championing improving equity and inclusivity at Beth Tzedec. To that end, the REDI Committee is striving to promote a safe and welcoming environment for all within the Beth Tzedec community.

While we have a dedicated team who are passionate about this mission, we need your help in focusing the Committee’s efforts to identify and address any anti-racism, equity, diversity and inclusion issues within the Beth Tzedec Community. 

The REDI Committee has prepared a short survey to seek each member’s input with respect to your Beth Tzedec experience as it relates to these themes. We ask that you only fill out the survey for yourself and not on any else’s behalf. Each member of Beth Tzedec in your household should fill one out separately.

The survey should take 5 to 10 minutes of your time. All responses are provided anonymously, unless you choose to provide your name or contact details for further follow up, and will be used strictly for the purposes of the REDI Committee.
