Our members-in-good-standing will fall into one of two categories below:
Scenario 1: I have tickets already
For members who have received their tickets, simply show them at the entry to our security guard to gain access to the shul.
Scenario 2: I am a member-in-good-standing but I did not receive my tickets!
For those who renewed/joined prior to September 16th, your tickets were mailed, but may be delayed with Canada Post. For those who renewed after September 16th, your tickets were not mailed and are with our office.
Regardless of your situation, do not worry - we have created a workaround. If you did not receive tickets, as long as you have renewed, you have two options:
- As many have done so far, visit the office between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on Sunday, Sept 25th to pick up your tickets.
- If you can't make it into the office before Rosh Hashanah, bring your ID and show it to the security guard at the entry gate when you come for services. Security will have a membership binder with our master list, so they will verify your name along with your ID, and they will grant you access.
If it is not yet available, you can still gain access to the shul. We will produce a ticket for you between Rosh Hashanah and Kol Nidre which can be picked up at the office in between (or at "Will Call" before Kol Nidre).
Scenario 3: I have not renewed yet
You will need to renew to be a member-in-good-standing. Please contact Klara Romm (details below) or visit our office prior to 12 noon on Friday, Sept 23rd or on Sunday, Sept 25th between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
