The purpose of the strategic planning process is to enable us to define who and what we want to be and stand for as a community. Before the committee can move forward in creating the strategic plan, members' input and feedback are needed. Each Town Hall meeting will consist of a two-hour structured conversation led by a facilitator (consultant Christine Govern). There is nothing to prepare in advance.
