Staying Open in Fearful Times: A Half-Day Retreat

April 26 @ 1:00 pm

Led by Tamar Kagan and Aviva Chernick

In times of uncertainty and fear, it can be difficult to stay open—to ourselves, to one another and to what matters most. This half-day retreat offers a quiet, welcoming space to pause and reflect in community.

Rooted in the Circle of Trust approach, we will engage simple, guided practices of reflection, shared silence and meaningful conversation. Together, we will gently explore what helps us remain open, grounded and connected, even in challenging times, and listen for the wisdom that can emerge within and between us.

Whether you are seeking steadiness, connection, or simply a place to breathe, you are welcome here.

Cost: $25. Space is limited to 20 participants. To register, click HERE.
