Room Set Up
theatre style for 60 6 rows of 5 chairs on both sides of the room see photo from Phil 2 long tables - two chairs for Brian & Don with microphone in front of each person wireless microphone and stand in the middle of both rows off chairs for Q & A The table that the court recorder will be sitting at has a power bar/extension cord? This is needed for the laptop and any other devices that needs to be plugged in .A waste bin is at the doors so that the financials and last years minutes are disposed of and taken to be shredded. A small table for beverages and Nash will have some cookies – Per Phil. I’ll email Avital a food sheet.
