Beth Tzedec Israel Trip Information Night
January 29 @ 8:00 pm
Birthright Israel and the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto invite the Beth Tzedec community to volunteer in Israel on a unique, heavily subsidized eight-day experience. It is designed for can-do travelers, ages 25-70 who are seeking to volunteer, reconnect and renew together.
The trip runs from the evening of May 3 through May 12 and will be led by Rabbi Robyn Fryer Bodzin and Cantor Chaim Stern.
The group will be based mostly in Tel Aviv, with time in the north, Jerusalem and the Gaza envelope. Space is extremely limited to 28 participants. Double occupancy and single rooms are available. Registration will be sent out in our Week’s End email later this week. More questions, please contact Yacov Fruchter or Rabbi Fryer Bodzin.
Our intention is to run similar programs in the fall and next year that will be more cohort based (Jews by choice, 20s and 30s, seniors) that will be led by different members of our Spiritual Leadership Team (SLT). Please note that registering does not guarantee a spot.
