Beth Tzedec warmly welcomes sexual and gender minority communities. We offer community-specific programming and services and are committed to building and nurturing a safe, inclusive, and celebratory space for LGBTQ+ individuals and families within Beth Tzedec.

Since 2021, we’ve been performing marriages for LGBTQ+ couples. We look forward to celebrating the many rey’im ahuvim, loving partnerships, that will flourish under the chuppah.
Beth Tzedec offers gender-neutral teens the chance to celebrate their B’nai Mitzvot and express themselves as they choose.
In addition to gender-specific options, our facilities include three gender-neutral washrooms, open for anyone to use.
REDI stands for anti-Racism, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Our committee consists of members of the Beth Tzedec community who work passionately to promote an inclusive, anti-racist, safe and welcoming environment for all.
