20s and 30s

Build your Jewish life—your way.

Your 20s and 30s are full of transitions—career moves, relationships, new responsibilities. In the midst of it all, many of us wonder: Where does Jewish life fit in? At Beth Tzedec, we make it easy to explore, connect and belong—on your terms.

Through our 20s & 30s programs, you’ll join the largest under-40 congregation in the world, guided by Yacov Fruchter, Director of Community Building and Spiritual Engagement, and Rabbi Lara Rodin. Together, we create spaces for friendship, meaning and growth—without pressure or judgment.

Your Jewish Life: Alive, Relevant and Personal

We can help you:

  • Build real relationships with peers who share your values and questions.
  • Explore Jewish meaning through experiences that fit your life.
  • Lead and give back with opportunities to make an impact in our community and beyond.

How?

Monthly Shabbat Dinners: Warm, welcoming evenings that feel like home.
Holiday Parties and Celebrations: Joyful, creative ways to mark Jewish time.
Mindfulness Retreats: Space to recharge and reflect.
Volunteer and Chesed Opportunities: Make a difference together.
Small Groups: Connect deeply over shared interests, goals or projects.

And here’s the amazing part: all of this is free for under-40 members through our Generations Membership. No dues. No pressure. Just come.

This email is long overdue, but I’ve been meaning to reach out and thank you for the wonderful work you and your colleagues are doing to create community for those of us in our twenties and thirties. From the beautiful (and delicious) shabbat dinners, to guest speakers, and other events, everything is done with so much care and intention.

Every time I attend an event, I am enjoying and learning, as well as meeting others. There is nothing else I could ask for!

Thank you again for all you do!

Shabbat Shalom,
Esther
