B'nai Mitzvah Program
Building confidence and connection
Daniel Silverman, Director of Education & Program Development, leading a class
Our B’nai Mitzvah Program guides families through this transition to Jewish adulthood with learning, meaning and community—led by Daniel Silverman and Shirel Barkan-Slater.
Through a variety of learning experiences and meaningful trips, participants explore what it means to take on responsibility as a young Jewish adult. Open conversations foster a strong sense of identity and peer connection, creating a supportive community. The program also places the Jewish coming-of-age experience in a broader context compared with other cultures and faiths.
Teens also have an opportunity to work and volunteer and receive community service hours.
